The Board of The Student Association of the Department of Public Sector Accounting of the Faculty of Economics is aspirational, professional, democratic, dynamic, intellectual, and creative with principle on the Almighty Godhead, Truth, Justice, Family, Populist and has ethical and moral values.

Bphmj management consists of:

  1. Chairman of the Association and Vice Chairman of the Association.
  2. Internal Expert Staff and External Expert Staff.
  3. EDP and Entrepreneurship.
  4. Treasurer, Secretary and Public Relations
  5. Coordinators of fields divided into:
    1. Field of Scientific Studies.
    2. Field of Organizational Development and Development.
    3. The field of Coaching, Empowerment and Community Service.
  6. Members.

BPHMJ Manager Duties

  1. Chairman of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting:
  1. Coordinate BPHMJ in accordance with AD/ART MM-USAKTI, GBHP USAKTI, Juklak Juknis PM-FEB, PM-FEB Decree, and PM-FEB Decree.
  2. Coordinate all BPHMJ members in carrying out their functions as executive agencies.

Vice Chairman of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting:
Representing the chairman in carrying out daily duties bphmj if the chairman is not present (policy returned to the chairman of the association)

  1. Bphmj Internal Expert Staff DIII Public Sector Accounting:
  • Give criticism and suggestions on the policy of the chairman of the set in the scope of the set (internal) and problems in BPHMJ
  • BPHMJ EXTERNAL EXPERT STAFF DIII Public Sector Accounting:
  • Give criticism and suggestions on the policy of the chairman of the set within the scope of the set (external)
  1. EDP
  1. Collecting active student data from the Department of Public Sector Accounting DIII.
  2. Work on the design and creative process for the publication of BPHMJ activities.

Entrepreneurship
Conducting funding search activities for BPHMJ

  1. Treasurer of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting
  1. Collect incoming funds for BPHMJ from all forms of income (surplus, cash, and sponsorship funds)
  2. Make a written report on the use and allocation of surplus funds that have been used periodically to all members of BPHMJ Accounting Taxation.
  3. Assist in carrying out commission duties V PM-FEB.
  4. Coordinate all income and expenditures in each bphmj diii association of public sector accounting.
  1. Secretary of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting
  1. Create a schedule of activities in the scope of the department (time table)
  2. Make a report of activities that have been carried out periodically, submitted to MM tax
  3. Understand examples of proposals, licenses, and letter numbers
  4. Coordinate all administrative and correspondence activities within BPHMJ
  1. PUBLIC RELATIONS BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting
    As a liaison of bphmj diii public sector accounting, both horizontal and
    vertical (between students, secretaries and alumni)
  2. Field of Scientific Studies
  1. Coordinate and carry out activities within BPHMJ, including scientific study activities.
  2. Providing recommendations to Commission II PM FEB for the activities carried out.
  3. Conduct discussions on scientific studies in order to advance BPHMJ.
  1. Field of Organizational Development and Development
  1. Coordinate and carry out activities related to the development and development of the organization.
  2. Provide recommendations to Commission III PM FEB for the activities carried out.
  3. Respond to the aspirations of MM DIII Public Sector Accounting.
  4. Responsible for carrying out wiring in the department of DIII Public Sector Accounting.
  5. Give appreciation to the cadres who excel.
  6. Together with the Field of Pengkil and P3M, conducted an assessment of the concepts and forms of Organizational Training and Leadership Training.

  1. Coordinate and perform activities related to development, empowerment, and community service.
  2. Perform student functions and duties on devotion to MM D3 tax accounting
