Duties of the BPHMJ Board
Chairperson of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting
- Coordinate the BPHMJ according to AD/ART MM-USAKTI, GBHP USAKTI, Juklak Juknis PM-FEB, PM-FEB Decrees, and PM-FEB Decisions.
- Coordinate all BPHMJ members in carrying out their functions as the executive body.
Vice Chairperson of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting
- Represent the chairperson in carrying out daily tasks of BPHMJ if the chairperson is absent.
Internal Expert Staff of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting
- Provide critiques and suggestions on the chairperson's policies within the internal scope of the association.
External Expert Staff of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting
- Provide critiques and suggestions on the chairperson's policies within the external scope of the association.
EDP
- Collect data on active students from the DIII Public Sector Accounting department.
- Handle design and creative processes for BPHMJ's publicity activities.
Entrepreneurship
- Conduct fundraising activities for BPHMJ.
Treasurer of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting
- Collect all funds entering BPHMJ from various sources.
- Prepare written reports on the usage and allocation of funds on a regular basis.
Secretary of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting
- Prepare the activity schedule within the department (time table).
- Coordinate all administrative activities and correspondence within BPHMJ.
Public Relations of BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting
- Serve as the liaison for BPHMJ DIII Public Sector Accounting, maintaining both horizontal and vertical relationships.

Scientific Research Field
- Conduct scientific studies and provide recommendations to Commission II PM FEB.
Organizational Development and Training Field
- Carry out activities related to organizational development and training.
- Responsible for conducting organizational training within the DIII Public Sector Accounting department.
Community Empowerment and Service Field
- Conduct activities related to community empowerment and service.
