Jakarta, October 10, 2026 — The Diploma III Public Sector Accounting (ASP) Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Trisakti, in collaboration with PT Syncore Indonesia, officially launched the BLU/D Center, a teaching factory designed to support learning in the financial governance of Public Service Agencies (Badan Layanan Umum or BLU) and Regional Public Service Agencies (Badan Layanan Umum Daerah or BLUD). The launch took place at the FEB Universitas Trisakti Auditorium, 8th Floor, Building S, and was accompanied by a Training of Trainers (ToT) program for lecturers.

The event commenced at 8:00 a.m. Western Indonesia Time (WIB) with opening remarks by the master of ceremonies, followed by a prayer, the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, Indonesia Raya, and the Trisakti March. A series of welcoming addresses was delivered by the Head of the Diploma III ASP Study Program, Dr. Deni Darmawati, S.E., Ak., M.Si., CA., CSRS., CSRA., CGRCPA., CPIA., CIIQA., CIRM; the Head of the Accounting Department, Dr. Murtanto, S.E., Ak., M.Si., CPIA., CCFA; the President Director of PT Syncore Indonesia, Niza Wibyana Tito, M.Kom., MM., M.Ak., CAAT; and the Vice Dean IV of FEB Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Dr. Asep Hermawan, M.Sc.

The event was also attended by the Secretary of the Accounting Department, Dr. Raden Rosiyana Dewi, S.E., Ak., M.Si., and the Secretary of the Diploma III ASP Study Program, Ice Nasyrah Noor. The highlight of the event was the official launch of the BLU/D Center. Following the launch ceremony and a group photo session, the facility was officially declared open for student use.

The BLU/D Center is designed as a practical learning environment that bridges theoretical knowledge and the application of financial governance principles in BLU and BLUD institutions. Through this facility, Diploma III ASP students can gain hands-on learning experience using an approach aligned with professional workplace requirements, particularly in public service agencies at both the national and regional levels.

Following the launch, the event continued with the first day of the Training of Trainers (ToT) program for Diploma III ASP lecturers, entitled “Governance of Public Service Agencies and Regional Public Service Agencies (BLU/D).” The session was delivered by Niza Wibyana Tito and moderated by the Head of the Study Program.

The collaboration with PT Syncore Indonesia is expected to strengthen lecturers’ competencies and enhance the quality of graduates from the Diploma III Public Sector Accounting Study Program at Universitas Trisakti, particularly in the field of public sector financial management.
